• You must keep communications professional and respectful.
• You will not scrape, harvest, or extract other users' data for marketing or commercial use.
• You will not demand financial compensation from matching candidates; mutual transfers must comply with ethical government guidelines.

4. Disclaimer of Official Approvals

IMPORTANT: GharPosting is a matchmaking and networking platform. We do not approve, authorize, or finalize government postings or transfer orders. Final transfer requests must be submitted to, processed by, and sanctioned by your respective official Government Department according to applicable state/central service rules.

5. Limitation of Liability

GharPosting shall not be held liable for any decisions, service transfers, relocation expenses, or disputes that arise between matched candidates, nor for any administrative delays or rejections by government departments.
